Security Bloggers Network Teams with Akamai

New_Akamai_Logo_RGBI am happy to tell you about the newest supporter of the Security Bloggers Network. Akamai Technologies is teaming with the SBN to promote a new paper and campaign they are running on “Why Security Begins at the Edge”.

For the next 3 months you will see banners on the SBN site linking to a great video and paper download from Akamai.  In the coming days you will see them in the SBN feed as a sponsor posts as well.

Of course Akamai is also home to one of our favorite security people @csoandy.  I am trying to set up a podcast with Andy and the author of the paper, Michael Cucchi, Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Cloud Security at Akamai Technologies. Will let you know when we have a firm date for the podcast, but look for it soon!

It looks like some great stuff that Akamai is advocating in this campaign.  Go see for yourself if you like, but let them know the readers and authors of the SBN appreciate their support!

Akamai joins RSA Conference and Trainer Communications as supporters of the SBN. Thanks to all of them for their support that allows us to bring this great resource to you.  Also special shout out to Kevin Riggins of infosecramblings.com who is the man behind the curtain making a lot of the technical stuff work for that SBN feed to be delivered all day, every day.
