What do you have to be thankful for?

It seems like every year we shut down earlier and stay down longer for Thanksgiving.  The Friday after was always sort of half a holiday. Now my kids are off on Wed in anticipation of Thanksgiving. I have heard from others of school being closed all week for Thanksgiving. The heck with it, lets just close up the country from now till Christmas, as I bet it is the lowest productivity period of the year.

Seriously,Thanksgiving is always a time to reflect for me. This year I have much to be thankful for. I am spending more time with my family and love watching the little men my sons are growing up into. I am thankful for the love and support of my wife and the rest of my family.  I am thankful for the opportunity to start a new venture, that has me very excited again about business and security.  With so much bad news out there I am thankful for what I have.  How about you?  Take a moment and enjoy the extended holiday!
